SHIPPING & RETURNS
In order to provide quality products, we do not mass produce. Every order is custom made and can take about 3-7 business days* to create; then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than a half are shipped within 4 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. Rest assured they are all going through the same process to produce our outstanding apparel.

Please use our live shipping rates in checkout to determine your exact times of delivery.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
The Cool Ppl take pride in our mission to create a cleaner, safer world in which we live and how we produce materials. To ensure the sustainability of production, we do not mass produce. Each order is custom made, so before you place your order please check the size charts carefully. We do not except returns for the wrong size. All purchases are eligible for exchanges within 10 days of receiving items, but cannot be returned. We may make exceptions for exchanges but shipping charges to return items are buyer responsibility.
All swimsuits and face coverings are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No exchanges will be supported for international orders. We are unable to cancel or change shipping methods 30 minutes after your order is placed. Please email us at email@example.com for any questions or concerns about our policy.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Item Sent
If by any chance you got the wrong items, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
