SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to Covid we have experienced a few production and shipping issues out of our control. Fortunately, we have been able to resolve all issues in a timely fashion. We sincerely apologize and will always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you for patience and support through this and we will always stay in touch to inform you of such incidences.

In order to provide quality products, we do not mass produce. Every order is custom made and can take about 2-7 business days* to create; then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than a half are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. Rest assured they are all going through the same process to produce our outstanding apparel.

Please use our live shipping rates in checkout to determine your exact times of delivery.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
The Cool Ppl take pride in our mission to create a cleaner, safer world in which we live and how we produce materials. To ensure the sustainability of production, we do not mass produce. Each order is custom made, so before you place your order please check the size charts carefully. We do not except returns for the wrong size. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Item Sent
